When will I receive my payment?
Payments are made twice a month:
20th of each month
5th of the following month
Payroll cut-off dates are:
15th of each month
The last day of each month
The payment schedule works as follows:
Classes and events from the 1st to the 15th are paid on the 20th of the same month.
Classes and events from the 16th to the last day of the month are paid on the 5th of the following month.
Payment methods vary depending on your country of residence and your assigned payment method.
We currently use:
Local Banks (El Salvador, Guatemala, and Nicaragua)
PayPal (Ecuador, Panama, Argentina, other countries)
Payoneer (Argentina - available upon request)
Wise (Mexico, Colombia)
Your payment method will be assigned during onboarding depending on your location.
If the official payment date (5th or 20th) has not arrived or ended, please wait. If you still haven't received your payment by the 6th or 21st, please contact Human Resources.
Payslips are sent one day after payroll:
Payment on the 20th → Payslip on the 21st
Payment on the 5th → Payslip on the 6th
If this falls on a weekend, it will be sent on Monday.
Your payslip details your class hours, event hours, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and other adjustments.

Payroll is calculated using two types of records:
Class hours, recorded automatically by the system.
Events, registered by your direct leader.
Both are included in your payment according to the applicable payroll cut-off date.
Class hours are paid at a $5.00 USD base hourly rate, plus the applicable Category Bonus based on your category and tenure. Keep in mind that your payslip will show the total number of hours paid without bonus first, and then a detail of the Category Bonus that was applied.
Yes.
Late minutes recorded by the system are automatically deducted from your class hours.
Your Category Bonus is based on:
Your current category.
Your tenure with the company.
As your professional growth and tenure increase, your Category Bonus may be updated according to company guidelines
Your direct leader is responsible for registering your event hours. Examples include: meetings, trainings, feedback sessions, shadowing, other company-approved activities. If you have questions about your event hours, please contact your direct leader first.
No. The hourly rate varies depending on the type of activity or event performed.
Please verify the following:
Confirm with your direct leader that the event was registered correctly.
Verify that the event appears correctly in INET.
If the event was registered after the payroll cut-off date, it will be paid during the following payroll period.
Events registered after the payroll cut-off date will be included in the next payroll cycle. To avoid delays, regularly review your events in INET and communicate any discrepancies to your direct leader before the cut-off date.

During a medical leave, you'll be paid for the class hours that were successfully covered through substitutions. The number of paid leave days depends on the company's current policy. If you have questions about your specific case, please contact your direct leader or Human Resources.
Yes. The company offers bereavement leave. Eligibility and conditions may vary depending on your service agreement.
After completing 1 year with the company.
You get 4 weeks per year:
2 weeks are collective
2 weeks are chosen by you
It is based on your earnings during the week immediately before your time off begins.
Vacation pay appears as: Horas Convenio Kids
Yes. Your two individual vacation weeks may be selected based on availability.
Company vacation weeks are fixed:

One week in December
Planned time away weeks cannot be accumulated. Unused time off expires.

No. Easy MD is completely free as a benefit for our teachers.
Yes. Easy MD offers both medical and psychological services.
After joining the company, you'll receive an email with your login credentials.
It covers 50% of the monthly tuition for eligible first-degree family members.
No. The scholarship is only available for eligible family members.

Yes. The student must remain enrolled and continue meeting program requirements.
El Salvador employees receive Aguinaldo according to local law.
Service Providers in other countries receive a Christmas Bonus.
During the first half of December.
It is equivalent to 15 days of average earnings from the previous six months, prorated to your tenure. You need to have completed a full year of service by November 30th to get the full Christmas Bonus.
